Galene

Named after the ancient Greek word for calm sea, Galene evokes stillness held beneath the surface. At its centre rests an asymmetrical cabochon aquamarine, encircled by a fine halo of diamonds that trace its irregular contour. Above it, a deep tanzanite anchors the composition, introducing depth and contrast — two tones of water meeting in quiet dialogue.

The pairing of stones is deliberate: the luminous clarity of aquamarine against the saturated violet-blue of tanzanite recalls shifting marine light, from shallow tide to deeper horizon. Each aquamarine’s natural form is unique, making Galene impossible to replicate.
